As a community builder, innovator and people-connector, Julie Chang founded JCA Strategic Solutions (JCA) on the values of resilience, collaboration, and service to others. With over twenty-five plus years in the environmental, engineering and infrastructure industries, Ms. Chang is dedicating the next 25 years to applying the knowledge she has gained by delivering billions of dollars of infrastructure investments to communities looking to achieve their sustainability and resilience goals.
Prior to forming JCA, Ms. Chang, held Executive and Leadership roles at Jacobs (NYSE:J) including SVP of Technology and Innovative Solutions, CEO Advisor, and Division Vice President for Jacobs in NY. She was also General Manager of Sam Schwartz in NY (now a TYLin company) and was a Principal Economist at Ecology & Environment (acquired by WSP). Ms. ChangÄÐÅ®²Ù±ÆÊÓÆµÈí¼þ™s deep understanding of todayÄÐÅ®²Ù±ÆÊÓÆµÈí¼þ™s environmental and economic growth challenges, an extensive network in renewable energy technologies, transportation and real-estate development and her passion for seeing great projects come to life make her uniquely qualified to help communities build sustainably and resiliently.
Ms. Chang holds an M.B.A from MITÄÐÅ®²Ù±ÆÊÓÆµÈí¼þ™s Sloan School of Business and a B.A. from Tufts University. She is Co-Chair of the Board for Sustainable Westchester, the Chapter Chair for the New York League of Conservation Voters in Westchester and is a member of McKinseyÄÐÅ®²Ù±ÆÊÓÆµÈí¼þ™ Advancing Women Executives. She resides in Pelham, NY with her husband and three sons.
