The New York City Tech Zone provides a variety of resources for the entire Pace community. The services are listed below:
- Computer Lab and Electronic Classrooms
- Student printing services
- Student information and integration
- Student, Faculty and Staff I.T. workshops
- Scantron services
- Technical documentation
The New York City Tech Zone provides I.T. support to the entire Pace community including students, faculty and staff. This requires troubleshooting all current I.T. resources (Pace Portal, Email, Classes.pace.edu, wfs.pace.edu, ITS Helpdesk, Wireless, VPN, etc.). Users are assisted with each of the following:
- Access to online registration and scheduling
- Access to Financial Aid information
- Access to grade reports and student records
- Access to the Health Insurance waiver
- University policies and information
- Problems with Pace I.T. accounts
